22.3.25 Berlin Ostkreuz A right-wing extremist demonstration in Berlin’s Friedrichshain district ended prematurely after four hours due to numerous counter-protests. Participants in the neo-Nazi march got little further than their arrival point at the Ostkreuz train station. Around 1,500 Police officers, kept the 850 neo-nazis and the several thousand anti-nazis separate, meanwhile Ostkreuz continued to function as a major transport hub for ordinary Berliners and Tourists.
