In 2005 I got my first digital camera and began documenting the neighbourhood where I lived in Berlin’s Prenzlauerberg district.

The project was called “My Kiez”, these photos were part of the nighttime series.

from Spring to Autumn I walked a lot exploring my immediate surroundings, attempting to find the defining characteristics of that area

The Project culminated in an exhibition in Tivoli in Kopenhager str and an accompanying photo book was printed.
